Past Experience
FuelCell Energy
Under the direction of Allen, his group led the design of a wastewater biogas clean-up skid to remove all the sulfur and siloxane from the gas stream. The skid boosted the pressure up to be able to feed into the FuelCell's Energy 1.4MW power plant.Â
FuelCell Energy
At FuelCell Energy, we led the effort to design a 3.7MW power plant at 60% electrical efficiency. This includes designing many custom heat exchangers and a recovery water system.
Plug Power
At Plug Power, Allen, Dave and Mike were responsible for the design of a liquid hydrogen fuel supply system for a 2MW fuel cell power generator.
Combustion Components Associates
Under Allen's leadership as the project engineer and manager, the successful conversion of the boiler to gas was completed within a 2-day outage and under budget by an impressive 30%.
