- FEL 1: Initial Phase
- Client-driven phase focused on the business case and project impact.
- Development of process deliverables, including redlined design basis document, plant layouts, PFDs and P&IDs.
- Client reviews the FEL 1 package with stakeholders to decide on progression to FEL 2.
- FEL 2: Engineering Development
- Further development of engineering deliverables with additional disciplines involved.
